The ISO 9000 Compendium includes the ISO 9000:2000 series of quality management system standards.

The Compendium gathers in one volume the 11 published standards and technical reports making up the ISO 9000 family at the time of going to print. These include ISO 9001:2000, which replaces the 1994 versions of ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and ISO 9003 as the only certification standard in the family. The draft standard ISO/DIS 10018* giving guidelines on complaints handling is also included.
