This document provides guidelines for the development of standards databases based on the data elements specified in the ISONET Manual. The example database, described in Annex 2 of this document, was developed by Frans Gooskens of the Nederlands Normalisatie-Instituut (NEN) in cooperation with the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS).
